Jacquard Duvet Covers Set 1000TC

After taking this out of the box, I knew right away it was the PERFECT color, and the fabric was soft, just how I like it! I laid it out on the floor and set my white goose down comforter on top to make sure it'd fit. It was rather wrinkled so I washed it in cold water and dried it first. Then put my comforter inside it and zipped up the bottom and laid it on my bed! PERFECTION! Color even matched a set of sheets I have! You would NEVER know there was a white comforter inside as it lays just like a any other comforter! I LOVE IT and am SOOOO glad I bought this to protect my white comforter!

I was inspired to write this review right now because my hands are dry and rough at the moment and I just ran my hand over the duvet to feel for the remote control and the duvet felt so luxuriously soft under my hand and I had a moment of true appreciation for it.
I was looking for a cover for a medium weight down comforter that was gifted to me Christmas '19. I bought this duvet cover immediately after and have been using it for approximately 2 months. I have made a decision to not buy any more polyester, acrylic, or any other unnatural material. I purchased the king size for an oversized queen. It is a little too big and I decide to put it on with the zipper on the side instead of the bottom. It leaves enough fabric to show the square quilted pattern of the comforter. It also leaves extra fabric (about 6 inches) for me to adjust to fall to the bottom of the bed, which I love because it acts to cover the box spring.
My misbehaving cat sprayed it wih urine recently and left a large stain and horrible smell. I cleaned it with bleach, and washed it out. The cover was back to perfect after. One note, it has gotton smags from my cat's claws. Although, it does not leave a hole, only a snag which I snip off and it looks pretty normal after. I am grateful for thos product and I have hope that it will last a long while and stand up to washing and my cat!

This duvet cover is the softest and best duvet cover I’ve ever owned. If it’s a cold rainy Sunday I grab it and snuggle down on my couch. I don’t know what Cotten they use but so much stuff on amazon is sold as premium soft Cotten and it’s not or it’s cheap T-shirt type soft.

Here we are talking about a luxurious softness like a thousand little angels are hugging you. I’m joking because it’s hard to convey that at 47 years old and a major texture snob I finally found my perfect material. I want a robe made out of it. lol
